BANANAS
Bananas are a naturally sweet and nutrient-rich fruit that provide a quick source of energy, making them perfect for smoothies and agua frescas. They’re packed with potassium, an essential mineral that helps regulate blood pressure and support heart health. Bananas also contain vitamin B6, vitamin C, and dietary fiber, which aids in digestion and helps you feel full. Their natural sugars—fructose, glucose, and sucrose—are balanced with fiber, offering a steady release of energy without a crash.
