Beet & Orange Aqua Fresca

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice(about 8 large oranges)
  • 2 medium beets, cooked and peeled or 1 can beets, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the orange juice and cooked beets in a blender and puree until smooth. Add 2 ½ cups water and the agave syrup and puree once more. Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  2. Let it chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve it. Serve over ice. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. If you ahev some left over, freeze it to make ice pops.
