Blueberry Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- ground flaxseed optional
Instructions
- Combine blueberries, coconut and nut butter in a blender and blend until combined.
- If blueberries are ripe and juicy add enough flaxseed to make the balls moldable.
- Scoop mixture and roll into balls.
- Refrigerate 5-10 minutes, roll in additional coconut.
- Store in refrigerator.
