Blueberry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • ground flaxseed optional

Instructions

  • Combine blueberries, coconut and nut butter in a blender and blend until combined.
  • If blueberries are ripe and juicy add enough flaxseed to make the balls moldable.
  • Scoop mixture and roll into balls.
  • Refrigerate 5-10 minutes, roll in additional coconut.
  • Store in refrigerator.
