Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cantaloupe diced
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 pepper diced
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: jalapeno pepper basil, cilantro

Instructions

  • Chop ingredients and add into your favorite serving bowl.
  • Top onto a yummy veggie taco or use to dip chips into.
