Cantaloupe Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cantaloupe diced
- 1 mango diced
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 pepper diced
- ½ cup onion chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
- Optional: jalapeno pepper basil, cilantro
Instructions
- Chop ingredients and add into your favorite serving bowl.
- Top onto a yummy veggie taco or use to dip chips into.

Cantaloupe is full of immune boosting nutrients such as Vitamin C, and Beta-Carotene. It is also packed full of Potassium and Folate.
