Chia Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- ¼ cups chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups milk coconut, almond, flax, organic whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- OPTIONAL: Pure stevia to sweeten
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk well.
- Refrigerate and whisk every 10 minutes for 30 minutes (so it doesn’t get lumpy).
- Pour into 4 serving dishes and cover for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Serve with fresh berries, banana or fruit and toppings of choice.
