Chia Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups milk coconut, almond, flax, organic whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • OPTIONAL: Pure stevia to sweeten

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk well.
  • Refrigerate and whisk every 10 minutes for 30 minutes (so it doesn’t get lumpy).
  • Pour into 4 serving dishes and cover for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with fresh berries, banana or fruit and toppings of choice.
