Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp honey optional
- Strawberries or other fruits for topping
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into a container and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again to prevent clumping.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- When you’re ready to eat, top with fruit and enjoy cold!
