Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Strawberries or other fruits for topping

Instructions

  • Pour ingredients into a container and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • When you’re ready to eat, top with fruit and enjoy cold!
