Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cleavers stems and leaves, packed
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (or sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc)
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup nutritional yeast or more to taste
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Place the cleavers, garlic, nuts, nutritional yeast, and salt into a food processor or blender. Blend until coarsely chopped. Add olive oil, pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
  • Eat with vegetables, chips, or use as a sauce.

Notes

Cleavers have been reported to have beneficial effects in aiding the lymphatic system which helps us move toxins out of our body!
Cleavers are beneficial in reducing chronic inflammation!
