Gyro Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 1-1.5lbs cucumber, diced or shredded
- 1-2 tomatoes, diced small
- 1 red onion, diced small
- ¼ cup dill, chopped
- Lemon juice from 1-2 lemons
- ½ -1 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic(use less for granulated garlic)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon dried mint or 2-3 leaves fresh
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16-32 ounces vegan greek yogurt or normal greek yogurt
- Pita bread or chips to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice all the vegetables. If you prefer a thicker dip, drain the cucumbers before adding them.
- In a bowl, combine the diced vegetables with the remaining ingredients. Season with spices, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve with pita bread, enjoy!
