Homemade Pickling Recipe-

A delicious way to preserve your food! (Check out or website & social media for a video demo!) Use with: yellow squash, cucumber, asparagus, mushrooms, green beans, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers & more!

Ingredients

  • Brine:
  • –1 ½ cup water
  • –1 ½ cup white vinegar
  • –2 Tablespoons pickling or kosher salt
  • –1 Tablespoons honey or sugar
  • –Optional spices dill seed, garlic clove, mustard seed, etc

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients besides optional spices until simmering. Pack veggies and optional spices into a large mason jar. Pour heated liquid over fresh veggies.. Brine should fill about 3 pints of pickles. Keep in fridge for 2 weeks until ready to be eaten. Can stay preserved for about up to 6 months!
