Mango Kale Smoothie
Total time: 10 minutes, Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 cups kale(sub spinach if you prefer)
- 1 cup mango (frozen)
- 1.5 cup soy milk or other milk of choice
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup walnut(sub another nut if you’d like)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener
- 2-3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 medium apple (sub banana if you’d like a sweeter smoothie)
- 2 tablespoons flax or chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine kale, mango, soy milk, apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, walnuts, and flax seed in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth. Add more soy milk beverage or water if mixture is too thick. Enjoy!
