Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 ripe mangoes, diced small
- ½ large red onion, diced small
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 serrano peppers (or jalapenos), seeds removed and diced small
- 2-3 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced small
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of two limes
- 1 ripe avocado, diced small
- Tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix, taste and adjust seasoning! Enjoy with chips or on tacos! Store leftovers in a glass container.
