Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 ripe mangoes, diced small
  • ½ large red onion, diced small
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 serrano peppers (or jalapenos), seeds removed and diced small
  • 2-3 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced small
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of two limes
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced small
  • Tortilla chips 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix, taste and adjust seasoning! Enjoy with chips or on tacos! Store leftovers in a glass container.
