Mint Double Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ avocado flesh
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 medium very ripe cold banana
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut milk or almond milk yogurt
- mint extract to taste (a few drops should do)
- dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend everything together (except the mint extract and dark chocolate chips) with an immersion blender or a small food processor until the ingredients are very creamy.
- Add mint extract to taste and gently stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 hours.
