Miso Cabbage
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ head of cabbage
- 1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together white miso, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Set aside.
- Chop cabbage into roughly ¼ inch thick pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan until hot, then add the cabbage and cook over medium heat.
- Once cabbage begins to cook down, add the miso mix and pinch of salt and cook until all the cabbage is soft and sauce begins to caramelize. Enjoy!
