Quick Pickled Yellow Beans

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups yellow beans
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water 
  • ¼ tablespoon dill
  • ¼ tablespoon pink peppercorns or pickling spices

INSTRUCTIONS

  4. Pour mixture over the beans and let sit for at least 30 min or up to 24 hours.
