Quick Pickled Yellow Beans
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups yellow beans
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- ¼ tablespoon dill
- ¼ tablespoon pink peppercorns or pickling spices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place beans in an airtight container
- Bring the water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and other ingredients to a boil in a
- saucepan until sugar and salt dissolve
- Pour mixture over the beans and let sit for at least 30 min or up to 24 hours.
