Radish Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 6 ounce bunch radishes, grated
- 1 small onion minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients. Cover and chill up to 2 hours. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve with tacos or as an appetizer with tortilla chips.

Radishes are known to be a powerful antifungal agent and prevents fungus related infections! In addition it is full of fiber and helps support healthy guts!
