Radish Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 6 ounce bunch radishes, grated
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground red pepper

Instructions

  • Toss together all ingredients. Cover and chill up to 2 hours. Season with salt to taste.
  • Serve with tacos or as an appetizer with tortilla chips.

Notes

Radishes are known to be a powerful antifungal agent and prevents fungus related infections! In addition it is full of fiber and helps support healthy guts!
