Rainbow Turnip Green Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 cup sliced turnip greens or bok choy
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 red sweet pepper, minced
  • cabbage leaves for wrapping steamed so they are easy to handle
  • Purple cabbage optional (blanch cabbage leaves)

Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tablespoons tamari
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1-2 Tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Saute vegetables on medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
  • Add sauce and stir.
  • Wrap in cabbage leaf as the “shell”
