Roasted Spiced Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of fresh cauliflower
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with oil and spices until evenly coated.
  2. Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place cauliflower in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed). Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until crisp and golden.
  3. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread cauliflower in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and tender.
