Roasted Spiced Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of fresh cauliflower
- ½ teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons avocado oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with oil and spices until evenly coated.
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place cauliflower in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed). Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until crisp and golden.
- Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread cauliflower in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and tender.
