Sautéed Kale

INGREDIENTS
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 bunches of kale
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Optional: Lemon wedges or parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and dry the kale leaves, then destem and roughly chop the kale
- Thinly slice the garlic cloves.
- Add the olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the sliced garlic, red pepper flakes, and kale and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently until wilted and bright green.
- Remove from the heat and add the salt. If desired, add lemon juice or freshly grated parmesan. Enjoy!
