Spider Energy Bites
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- ½ cup ground flaxseed or chia seed
- ½ cup sunflower butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup coconut flakes
To decorate:
- Pretzels
- Chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Stir oats, chia seed, coconut flakes, sunflower butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
- Roll dough into 12 balls with your hands. Arrange balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
- Decorate using pretzels for spider legs and chocolate chips for eyes.
