Spider Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed or chia seed
  • ½ cup sunflower butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut flakes

To decorate: 

  • Pretzels 
  • Chocolate chips

PREPARATION

  1. Stir oats, chia seed, coconut flakes, sunflower butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. Roll dough into 12 balls with your hands. Arrange balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour. 
  3. Decorate using pretzels for spider legs and chocolate chips for eyes.
