Turmeric Tofu Scramble
Ingredients
- 8 oz firm tofu
- 1 tsp vegetable oil coconut, olive, etc.
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika optional
- Cayenne pepper to taste optional
- Parsley to garnish optional
Instructions
- Chop the tofu and use a fork to crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the vegetable oil to a pan and heat on medium-high. Add the tofu and seasonings, and stir well until combined. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
