Vegan Parsley Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups parsley about 1 bunch
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the parsley, walnuts, garlic, and salt.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture is smooth.
