- Residents can also complete via SMS text message by texting ‘”FOOD” or “COMIDA” to 74544. Clients who screen “likely eligible” are given the option to Apply via the NC ePASS portal. Clients who screen “likely ineligible” are provided with a list of food banks and other basic needs resources in their zip code.
