Happy to Announce our Virtual Classroom!

Pre-pandemic, we would pack a room full of Bounty & Soul participants for a health & well-being class. The classroom would fill with curry spices and plant-based nutrition conversations; with mindful breathing exercises; or with a dance class with Francisco. Since the pandemic, we have missed these classes sincerely. This is why we are so excited to announce the launching of our VIRTUAL CLASSROOM. At no cost, you can now join us in the online world for a similar health & wellbeing class feel. We have:

  • Tuesday Gentle Yoga Classes with Danielle + Valerie at 9:30AM
  • Tuesday Zumba with Francisco at 6:30PM
  • Saturday Yoga with Diego at 9:30AM
  • Health & wellbeing classes on topics such as: nutrition, cooking (culinary medicine), mental/emotional wellbeing, physical movement, and environmental wellness on the second, third, and fourth Wednesday at 5:30 of every month.
