Ali’s Orange Ginger Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or veggie broth
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp chopped scallion
- 1 inch fresh ginger minced
- Dash of raw honey or other sweetener
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
- Juice of ½ an orange
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

Orange is packed full of Vitamin C that will help give your immune system a boost. Ginger is a known anti-inflamatory agent that helps fight chronic diseases.
