Asian Greens Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch (about 8 oz) bok choy, arugula, napa cabbage, mizuna, other leafy green, chopped
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch (about 4 oz) cilantro, chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • cups or 2 large carrots, shredded
  • ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • red chili flakes to taste

Instructions

  • Simply saute all ingredients except cilantro and green onion on medium heat until kale is slightly wilted and vegetables are tender.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
