Asian Greens Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 bunch (about 8 oz) bok choy, arugula, napa cabbage, mizuna, other leafy green, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 bunch (about 4 oz) cilantro, chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1¼ cups or 2 large carrots, shredded
- ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- red chili flakes to taste
Instructions
- Simply saute all ingredients except cilantro and green onion on medium heat until kale is slightly wilted and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with cilantro.
