Blueberry Chia Soaked Oats

A simple and nutritious breakfast. Great for preparing the night before, for grab & go breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy hemp or almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries or other fruit

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, chia seeds, non-dairy milk and raisins. Soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Stir in blueberries.

Optional

  • Add: nut butter, cinnamon, honey
