Breakfast Chia Pudding with Berries

Quick and pudding-like. Packed with nutrition! Use fresh or frozen berries.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk or other plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries optional
  • Optional: mash a ripened brown banana for sweetness instead of maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  • Leave in fridge overnight to soak. The chia seeds will become gel like.
  • Divide into bowls, garnish with berries, and serve.
