Breakfast Chia Pudding with Berries
Quick and pudding-like. Packed with nutrition! Use fresh or frozen berries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk or other plant milk
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup honey or agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup frozen berries optional
- Optional: mash a ripened brown banana for sweetness instead of maple syrup
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Leave in fridge overnight to soak. The chia seeds will become gel like.
- Divide into bowls, garnish with berries, and serve.
