Creamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¾ cup cilantro
  • 2 scallions or ¼ onion chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener agave, local honey, pure maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and puree.
  • Transfer to a mason jar or bowl and serve as a delicious dressing or dip!
