Easy Apple Pie Crumble

Ingredients

  • 6 apples, sliced (leave peels on for extra fiber + nutrients!)
  • 1 cup whole oats
  • ½ raisins (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon nutmeg
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • ¼ cup coconut oil or plant-based butter (slightly melted to easily mix)
  • Optional: add chopped nuts on top for boosted protein and an added crunch!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients except orange juice in a bowl.
  • Place in a baking pan and drizzle orange juice over top.
  • Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour until all ingredients are soft–stirring occasionally.
