Easy Apple Pie Crumble
Ingredients
- 6 apples, sliced (leave peels on for extra fiber + nutrients!)
- 1 cup whole oats
- ½ raisins (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon nutmeg
- Juice of 1 orange
- ¼ cup coconut oil or plant-based butter (slightly melted to easily mix)
- Optional: add chopped nuts on top for boosted protein and an added crunch!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except orange juice in a bowl.
- Place in a baking pan and drizzle orange juice over top.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour until all ingredients are soft–stirring occasionally.
