Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered (or diced roma tomato)
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno stemmed, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cucumber chips: Finely slice cucumbers for chips…. they are refreshing and nutritious!

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients and toss them into a bowl with honey, lime, vinegar, and oregano.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and more or less ingredients to make this to your own perfection.
