Grape Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered (or diced roma tomato)
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeno stemmed, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
- ⅓ cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cucumber chips: Finely slice cucumbers for chips…. they are refreshing and nutritious!
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients and toss them into a bowl with honey, lime, vinegar, and oregano.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and more or less ingredients to make this to your own perfection.
