Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of hydroponic lettuce (can use spinach, kale, or another leafy green)
  • 1 Cup violets cut to preference
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped basil or parsley
  • Other optional toppings: nuts seeds, quinoa, additional vegetables on hand

Dressing:

  • cup olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix salad ingredients together as desired
  • Mix dressing ingredients together and pour desired amount onto salad. Put the rest aside to use later!
