Immune Boosting Violet Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of hydroponic lettuce (can use spinach, kale, or another leafy green)
- 1 Cup violets cut to preference
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup chopped basil or parsley
- Other optional toppings: nuts seeds, quinoa, additional vegetables on hand
Dressing:
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Mix salad ingredients together as desired
- Mix dressing ingredients together and pour desired amount onto salad. Put the rest aside to use later!
