Italian Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 sprig fresh basil or ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¾ teaspoon oregano fresh preferred, but can use dried.
  • ½ teaspoon thyme fresh preferred, but can use dried or 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Touch of honey or other healthy sweetener
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend, whisk, or mix it all together.
