Italian Vinaigrette
Italian Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 clove of garlic
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup water
- 1 sprig fresh basil or ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ¾ teaspoon oregano fresh preferred, but can use dried.
- ½ teaspoon thyme fresh preferred, but can use dried or 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Touch of honey or other healthy sweetener
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend, whisk, or mix it all together.
