Lemon Parsley Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 bunch italian parsley
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or nut of choice
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ avocado
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend!
- Serve with spaghetti squash or whole grain pasta; tortilla chips; or veggie sticks!
