Pinto Bean Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups or one 15 oz. can of pinto beans drained and rinsed (reserve liquid in separate container if omitting oil)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tap water or veggie broth
- 1 small garlic clove or about ½ teaspoon minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
