Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk such as almond oat, soy or rice milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice*
  • Optional: dates or maple syrup for more sweetness

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until totally smooth.
  • Pour into a jar and enjoy immediately!

Notes

*If you don’t have pumpkin spice, replace it with:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
