Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk such as almond oat, soy or rice milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice*
- Optional: dates or maple syrup for more sweetness
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until totally smooth.
- Pour into a jar and enjoy immediately!
Notes
*If you don’t have pumpkin spice, replace it with:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
