Quick Breakfast Wrap

A fruity and nutty breakfast for when you've only got a few minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 10 inch whole-grain tortilla
  • 1 Tablespoons peanut butter look for no salt or no sugar added
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened apple butter or other fruit butter can also substitute with fresh apple slices either whole or processed in a blender
  • 1 ripened banana sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons raisins
  • OPTIONS: Try corn tortilla or almond butter

Instructions

  • Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the nut butter across the middle of the tortilla and top with the apple butter, banana, and raisins.
  • Fold the ends of the tortilla in toward the center, and roll the wrap up like a burrito. Serve.
