Rainbow Turnip Green Wraps
Ingredients
- 3 cup sliced turnip greens or bok choy
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red sweet pepper, minced
- cabbage leaves for wrapping steamed so they are easy to handle
- Purple cabbage optional (blanch cabbage leaves)
Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tablespoons tamari
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1-2 Tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Saute vegetables on medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
- Add sauce and stir.
- Wrap in cabbage leaf as the “shell”
