No Evil Foods Orange Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package of No evil foods such as sausage or chorizo
  • ½ onion or green onions
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 orange, sliced and chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Tamari or soy sauce
  • Vegetables of choice to add (ie: greens, bell peppers, squash).
  • Optional: Serve over rice or quinoa. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Instructions

  • Saute onion (unless using green onion), ginger, and garlic until caramelized (3-5 mins) in veggie broth, water, or oil.
  • Saute all other ingredients until tender. Chop no evil foods stallion Italian sausage (remove plastic, cut into half moon shapes). Add No Evil Foods plant-based sausage.
  • Serve with desired garnishes and over brown rice, lentils, or quinoa if desired.
