Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or plant milk almond, soy, oat, etc
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper helps the turmeric absorb
  • Optional add-ins: vanilla raw honey, agave, pure maple syrup, flax seed

Instructions
