Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie (Anti-Inflammatory!)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup coconut milk or plant milk almond, soy, oat, etc
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper helps the turmeric absorb
- Optional add-ins: vanilla raw honey, agave, pure maple syrup, flax seed
Instructions
- Add all of these wonderful ingredients into a blender and mix!
